Co-operatives First manages and maintains the Biz Plan Generator. As an organization, they promote and support business development based on the co-op model. This site is a key tool in supporting new projects alongside our resource website, the Co-op Creator.
Who funds the site
The Biz Plan Generator is powered with funding from Vancity Credit Union. Co-operatives First is funded by The Co-operative Retailing System and Federated Co-operatives Limited. In addition to these resources, Co-operatives First provides in-person and online supports for co-op start-ups. These supports range from the funding of feasibility studies to bylaw reviews and financing plans to facilitated meetings.
